I thought right after birth – my weight will go back down to normal. But boy was I wrong! I was told that breast feeding will shed of a lot of pounds too – it is but very slow! I gotta get my weight under control because I haven’t been feeling great with it. I’m thinking about taking testosterone boosters to help me build muscles as well. Anyways – I just gotta push myself to do more exercise at home when I have the time to. No more excuses for me!
Afternoon Tea @ New City Restaurant 新城市餐廳(Peach Tree Location)

New City Restaurant is located inside Peach Tree Plaza – this is an very old restaurant that have been in town for quite sometime. I believe more than 10 years? But don’t quote me on that eh! It’s an Hong Kong style-like restaurant and the meal prices is very affordable. I love their afternoon tea menu!
This was my first time having afternoon tea here with two friends and this is what I ordered. It was a pretty big meal for $4.50 and it comes with an hot drink. I tried their milk tea and it’s really not bad eh! They have a large menu for afternoon tea – so much other things I want to try on there !!!

Official Synopsis
TONG SHAP-YAT (Kevin Cheng) enters the underground boxing scene for money when he is learning Thai boxing with his senior brother KO WAI-TING (Wong Tak Bun) in Thailand, a decision he regrets for the rest of his life. In order to turn over a new leaf, he withdraws from the boxing scene and finds himself a job as a security guard at a sports goods company. His outspokenness attracts the attention of his supervisor CHAI PAK-FAI (Selena Li). YAT and office assistant BUT KA-SHING (Wong Ho Yin) do not get along at the beginning but they become friends after their misunderstanding is eliminated. SHING’s passion for Thai boxing impresses YAT. He picks up the sports again and also helps SHING improve at Thai boxing. He returns to the boxing gymnasium, too, where he started out as a boxer, determines to train SHING and deaf-mute boxer TING YAN-TSZ (Nancy Wu) to be boxing champions. Later, YAT and SHING’s amity is put to the test when TING tries to sow discord between them.
Synopsis
TONG SAP YAT (Kevin Cheng) is a fascinating Muy Thai boxer. He and his senior KO WAI TING (Kenny Wong) trained boxing far out in Thailand. Because of his moment of greed, he went down the Black Fist path and made a mistake that would make him suffer for life. After his return to Hong Kong, he was determined to forget the past and withdraw from the boxing scene. He works as a security personnel at a sporting goods company and has been romantically attracting his female supervisor CHAI PAK FAI (Selena Li) all along. BAT KA SING (Raymond Wong) is the assistant manager at that same company and under layers of misunderstandings, the two were enemies turned friends. KA SING has a strong Muy Thai dream, which eventually revives SAP YAT’s passion for Muy Thai as well. Due to boxing, the two established a deep friendship. Not only did SAP YAT get over his past, he also made a comeback to the boxing arena. He trained KA SING and mute female boxer DING YAN CHI (Nancy Wu) in becoming boxing champions, but at the same time his senior TING’s jealousy grew into hatred. TING started to damage the friendship between SAP YAT and KA SING… (aZnangel)

While Toronto’s economy is going downhill – what do you really turn to right? A friend of mine recommended me to buy gold coins at Golden Eagle if I have the money. The best thing to do right now is to save up all the gold because gold never fails to go up in value. It stresses me out to think about how bad the economy is but eventually it has to go back normal right? Let’s all pray for it!

Guess what I found on the net? Yep – I found a coupon where you purchase a meal or just the burger and fries – you get a free burger. What a bargain eh? The coupon lasted for a month and I’ve printed this coupon out a couple times for use already. Not only that – I also shared it with my fries on Facebook too. Share the deal right? I usually don’t finish my meal anyways – so sharing it with the husband is one of the best thing to do.
We ordered a combo and had an extra burger for free. That means – we saved about $4.00 for this lunch of ours. It was awesome and it felt great saving money! Do you serve on the net for coupons too? Don’t forget to share your goodies with others!
Swiss Chalet Menu

Yeppers – another Swiss Chalet post because Swiss Chalet is one of my favorite restaurants. It’s a family-style type of restaurant. They never fail to serve delicious meals. Not only that – they have very friendly staffs too except on one occasion but never mind – I don’t want to talk about it again.
As always – Hub never tries anything new – he sticks with his chicken with fries as always. It’s either just the quarter leg or the double leg depending if he’s hungry or not. So this time he only got the quarter leg with his fries. Ordering for him is quite easy and sometimes without him telling me what he’s having – I already know. He’s a simple man eh?
I like trying different things but this time I got the same thing as Hubby but not with fries – with potato instead. I’m not a huge fan of fries instead I like my baked potato. Usually I order either a wrap or a salad. But since I didn’t have the quarter chicken for a long long time – I decided upon this 
Doctors and Physicians communication system

I’ve been doing a lot of research about the medical field lately and I realized in the past – there’s a lot of miscommunication problems that doctors have. That was in the past – now that they have a system called “domixity” – things look better. Doctors can find physicians for their patience a lot easier. I mean – the system allows them to key in three key words and boom – they find a physician in their area. How easy and quick right? I was curious and tried the system myself too – I keyed in 3 key words and James O’Kelly MD came up – if I was in need of a physician – I would need to go to James!

I’ve been to this restaurant many times but never took the time to do an review about it. The service here isn’t oh-so-great. Cannot be compared to Casa Victoria or Casa Imperial. They seriously need to do some training – getting the waitresses/waiters attention is very difficult here. Sometimes I would get really annoyed and frustrated too.
The dishes is very Victorian style eh? Pretty nice I must say.

Love this dessert – also forgot the name of it.
The food here is fairly fresh – that I have nothing to complain about but they seriously gotta work on their darn service! I am not pleased with their service at all. They’ll start to lose customers because of their crappy service!
