Summer Barbecue Foods

This is a backdated post from a few weeks ago. After shopping for rugs, I attend this barbecue at my God mother’s friends place and boy was the food awesome! They had all kinds of food – there was even fresh lobsters which I forgot to take pictures of because I was too busy eating and than I remember I needed to take pictures! Let the pictures do the talking for me! You’ll be amazed what we had :)

Look at the steak, wieners and corns! Yummms.

Look at how thick the steak was!! It was so filling!

I could only finish half of this! It was really good with HP sauce. But too bad there wasn’t much veggies to eat with this. When I eat meat – there has to be veggies too. A mixture of different food is what I need.

The best wieners is the ones that has cheese in it! Just like this one when you cut it into pieces – the cheese just melts in your mouth!

Lamb – which I don’t eat. But from what I heard from others, it was really good? Are you a lamb lover??

Well done chicken wings.

Fresh corns!

It was a really nice day for a barbecue. Not too hot or cold. Just the right temperature and I love the food they served. But having too much barbecue isn’t too good. In a year, I recall we only have barbecue two to three times. Do you barbecue often with your family and friends??

  1. I can’t eat just meat, either. I’m just not that carnivorous. I always need some veggies and good ol’ sweet potatoes to round them off.
I don’t BBQ much… my family likes hot pot more. And in the summer days, they like naeng myeon. :-)
