Sunday morning and afternoon was such a rush day for me because I had church in the morning and than I have about 1 hour to eat lunch before I head off to work. How rush can that be right? Obviously – with such limited time we had – we couldn’t eat at a restaurant. So baby decided to eat at Markville Mall Food Court and we both decided to order from KOYA.

I think both our orders are about $17.00?? Not too sure because he paid for it. He got a bowl of Ramen – while I got the Terriyaki Chicken on rice.

NOM NOM NOM! As you know me – I can’t finish my meals but this meal – I had no problem finishing it. The chicken were really fresh and I love they have veggies with it too!!

His all time favorite – Ramen in soup bowl. Next time I’m try this. Look delicious too!!!
Do you eat in the food court often??? I advise you not to eat at those Chinese ones!!!!

We found out that our cruise ship name is “Carnival Glory” and yes I quickly did some research about this cruise and look through some pictures
I’m VERY excited to be going on another cruise. It’s the most relaxing way to enjoy life because everything is ALL INCLUSIVE. Trust me – I ain’t watching what I eat when I’m on this cruise. If I gain weight – I will lose it when I get back. I can’t wait to indulge myself into all sorts of different food.

This is a backdated post from last week – where I was just sitting there watching TV and looking for Orlando Vacation with my fiance and all of a sudden – my mother in law came down to give me a bowl of Chinese Dessert. I was speechless because they thought about me even when they were out for dessert. It’s so heart warming to have in laws like this. They even know what I like too.

They got me these dessert dumplings. The thought of them thinking of me makes me feel very grateful.

It has sesame in it – which I love !!!!!!!
Are you a dessert eater too? Did you ever tried Chinese Desserts??
This is another backdated post. Cupcake was one of the dessert on my Engagement Party Menu. Let me tell you – I didn’t end up putting the failed cupcakes on the table. I was definitely not satisfy with my work. It was just not good enough for presentation and I only ended up putting icing on 10 of the cupcakes. Why are icing so hard to use?? I even bought an icing gadget to help me!!!

The dessert decorator was what I bought as well. I guess it’s really for whip cream more than icing eh??

Cupcake Mix. I use the pre-package ones which is a lot easier to do. Do you make it from scratch??

I made about 30 cupcakes and half of done vanilla and half of them chocolate. I even use gold foil paper to match it as well. But too bad – I didn’t get to finish all of them!!

The finish product which is only 10! I was not satisfy with my first time cupcake making work.

I wish I done a better job than this. I tried one – the icing was just TOO sweet. I need tremendous practice with this. Any suggestions on the icing you guys use?? I just don’t want super sweet icing. Please help!!!!
You all know that I had my engagement party two weekends ago and it was a house party. Which also means – a GOOD menu is on top of my list of to do and a must. Food to a party is really important and one of the dishes I picked out was “Devil Eggs” !

I had to prepare for around 40 people for this event. I had to use about 35 eggs and four cans of tuna. Mayo depends on how much you would like to mix in with the tuna and egg yolk.

I would recommend you to clean your eggs before boiling. You never know what crawl on these eggs and just for safety reasons.

While the eggs are being boil – you can start mixing the tuna and mayo together with the Magic Bullet. It’s very easy to do. Takes about 15minutes. The egg needs to be boil for half an hour before taking it out of the stove.

- Peel the shell off from all the eggs & re-wash it (just in case there’s bits of shell)
- Cut the egg in half
- Scoop the egg yolk out & mix the egg yolk with tuna & mayo

Usually – you don’t really need to clean the egg yolk spotless and dry. But for me – the presentation was extremely important to me. I had to wash the egg white alone and let it dry before scooping in the goodies!!

The end product!
Devil Eggs isn’t hard to make – you need about 1.5 hour to two hour for this finger food. The only thing that was missing was the little garnish sparkle on the top of each piece to make it more presentable – but oh well.
Are you a devil eggs lover too? How do you make your devil eggs?

Woohoo – Baby finally got me a cupcake holder!! I always wanted one – not because I make cupcakes at home but it looks really nice. This will motivate me in making the perfect cupcakes. This wasn’t that expensive – it’s about $23.00 plus tax and it holds 23 cupcakes. Not only necessary for cupcakes – but can hold other treats as well. Tarts and other desserts!

The ensemble job is definitely not my job – because I hate reading the instruction. So who ensembles it for me???

Who else? The one that paid for this of course!!! Hahaha.
Do you have a dessert holder too??

Let me know if this coupon is ANY helpful to you. I will keep posting – if it is helpful. Thanks for your support by leaving a comment below! Thank you
